Courtney Fairchild is the President of Global Services, Inc. Ms. Fairchild has been with the company since it was founded in 1996 and headed up the Global Services GSA Schedule Programs division from its inception. Over the past ten years she and her team have successfully prepared, negotiated, and managed over 500 GSA Schedule contracts for Global Services’ clients and maintain a 100% award rate. Ms. Fairchild is an authority on all GSA Schedules within the Multiple Award Schedule program and has spoken on related topics across the country. Ms. Fairchild has worked with companies ranging from multinational/multibillion-dollar publicly traded corporations such as Lockheed Martin, Raytheon, Blue Cross Blue Shield and Accenture to microbusinesses consisting of only a few employees and just about everything in between.

Jim oversees a staff of 40 in the creation, production and product merchandising of CDW various marketing vehicles, including catalogs, editorial magazines, direct mail, online campaigns, virtual tours, etc. His 25 years of advertising and marketing experience positioned him well as he recently led CDW's launch of a major CRM/MRM solution along with developing a relational database during Q2 of '07. This new system not only streamlined production, but provides superior customer data for strategic planning, thus fueling CDW's segmentation efforts in the Federal Government, State n' Local, Education, Healthcare and Business markets. Jim will present a case story on how CDW utilizes an analysis of market conditions, SWOT, buying criteria, and seasonality to develop its go-to-market strategy for Government and other various vertical market segments.
Jim's been with CDW for eight years, five as Director of Advertising and now as Director of Marketing Operations. Prior to joining CDW, Jim held director level positions in advertising and marketing with Newark Electronics, Moore Business Solutions and Gander Mountain.

Peter Long serves as CEO of MCH, Inc. and its subsidiary, MCH GeoPoints. Peter began his career at Coopers and Lybrand in Boston in its Information Technology Audit Services group. His client work included Fidelity Investments, Raytheon, and Bank of Boston. Peter joined MCH as Executive Vice President in 1993 and was promoted to CEO in 1996. Peter resides in Kansas City and is a member of over 15 professional associations including the Young President’s Organization (YPO), the Direct Marketing Association (DMA) and Business Executives for National Security (BENS). Peter currently serves on the Not-for-Profit Boards of: The Vision Research Center of Kansas City, The Kansas City Chapter of YPO, and The Freedom Writers Foundation. Peter’s grandfather founded MCH in the late 1920s and it has remained in the family for over 75 years. Peter received a BS in Business Administration with emphasis on Computer Science from the University of Vermont.
